FOCUS产品使用简介
第二个阶段，向抗原孔中加入荧光标记的人抗体，使抗原抗体复合物与荧光标记的羊抗人抗体反应后，洗净，烘干，封片后用荧光显微镜检查，明显荧光显色的样本为阳性。将阳性样本稀释后用终点滴度方法可进行半定量检测
荧光免疫检测技术原理
如检查未知抗原，先用已知未标记的特异抗体（*抗体）与抗原标本进行反应，用水洗去未反应的抗体，再用标记的抗抗体（第二抗体）与抗原标本反应，使之形成抗原—抗体—抗体复合物，再用水洗去未反应的标记抗体，干燥、封片后镜检。如果检查未知抗体，则表明抗原标本是已知的，待检血清为*抗体，其它步骤的抗原检查相同。
