白天诱出：口服乙胺嗪 100mg后，15、30、60分钟分别采外周血找微丝蚴，检出率低；（ 5）薄膜过滤法：抗凝静脉血2ml经孔径3um的核孔薄膜过滤后取下 薄膜，用热的苏木素染色5分钟后镜检。此法检出率和微丝蚴检出 数斤高于厚血片法和浓集法。2、各种体液微丝蚴检查 可在鞘膜 积液、淋巴液、乳糜尿、乳糜腹水、乳糜胸腔积液、心包积液及 骨髓等标本中检查微丝蚴。免疫学检查1、批内试验 注射犬恶丝 虫抗原0.05ml于受试者铅笔，15分钟后丘疹直径>0.9cm者为阳性 。此试验敏感性和特异高，与血中微丝蚴检出符合率为86.2%— 94.1%。2、间接荧光抗体试验 国内以牛丝虫成虫为抗原，间接荧 光抗体法查患者血清中抗体，阳性率85%—99.2%。该法具高度特 异性和敏感性，适用于流行病学调查，又可反映防治成效。3、酶 联免疫吸附试验 以该法查血清中抗体，灵敏度高、特异性强、操 作简便，为本病较理想的辅助诊断方法。4、检测循环抗原 对微 丝蚴阳性病人有较高的敏感性，为一种特异诊断方法，但对微丝 蚴性病人则敏感性较差。
