溶藻性弧菌为海水中常见嗜盐性弧菌,1973年开始明确对人类致
病,易污染食物,引起腹泻及创伤部位感染。
创伤弧菌感染
创伤弧菌(V.vulnificus)于1964年美国CDC自腹泻患者粪便分离
出来。该菌可自海水、贝壳类及海鱼中分离到。发病以夏季为多
。常在进食后24h发病。患者大多有发热、畏寒、呕吐及腹泻。除
经口感染外,可经皮肤伤口入侵而发生局部感染并引起败血症,
严重者发生DIC、休克并致死。有认为本菌系条件致病菌,在慢性
病伴免疫功能低下者、高龄、糖尿症、血液病患者易发生严重败
血症。弗尼斯弧菌感此病首先发现于日本及东方一些国家,其后
扩散至西方国家。爆发流行或散发性急性胃肠炎。临床上以腹泻
及腹痛为主,伴恶心及呕吐。也有严重致死病例报道。此菌存在
于海洋,产生肠毒素,为旅游者腹泻的病原之一。杆菌一般呈正
圆柱形,也有近卵圆形的,菌体大多平直,亦有稍弯曲的,菌体
两端多钝圆,少数是平截状或尖突状。可分为单杆菌(大肠杆菌
)、双杆菌(鼠疫杆菌)、链杆菌(猪痢疾杆菌)、球杆菌(多杀
性巴氏杆菌)、棒状杆菌(白喉棒状杆菌)、分枝杆菌(结核分枝
杆菌)、双歧杆菌(双歧乳杆菌)等。杆菌属原核生物。各种杆
菌的大小、长短、弯度、粗细差异较大。大多数杆菌中等大小长2
~5um,宽0.3~1um。大的杆菌如炭疽杆菌(3~5um×1.0~
1.3um),小的如野兔热杆菌(0.3~0.7um×0.2um)。菌体的形态多
